Room is approximately 11 by 11 feet, unfurnished. Kitchen is completely furnished. Living room is partially furnished. Free washer/dryer in the basement. Street parking, storage unit on same floor as unit. Rent is $700 a month, plus internet and utilities. Move in fee is first and last month rent. We are two young, professional women.
