The Deacons' Fund Offering will be collected this Sunday. In light of the partial government shutdown currently affecting our nation, God's call to bear one another's burdens (Galatians 6:2) should especially be heeded. The Deacons' Fund relies on the generosity of the members and attenders of Christ The King to be able to assist people with financial shortfalls. Some in our community are affected by the shutdown and in need of ongoing support for as long as the federal government remains closed.
