Holy Week A Cappella Choir
The Holy Week A Cappella Choir could still use a few good men and women (especially altos!) for the Good Friday and Easter services. Rehearsals will be Saturdays, 3/24 and 3/31 at 10:30 a.m. in the church sanctuary. Please email amanda@ctkcambridge.org if you can lend your voice!
JP/Roxbury Apartment
Roommate needed: A member of CTK Roxbury is leaving Boston and helping her landlord find a new tenant for the room. It will be a room within a 3 bedroom apartment (so the person will share the apartment with 2 other people, who are women). The rent will be $850/month (not including utilities). Utilities (gas, electric and Comcast internet) are shared 3 ways between the roommates.

Spare Bedroom
Bedroom needed, Saturday nights. Mike Gilman, a pastor at a church in the Mt. Washington area of New Hampshire, is undergoing treatment for paralysis at Brigham and Women's Hospital. During his treatment, his wife, Debbi Warner, spends five nights of the week in the Boston area to be near him and two nights back home, where she works as a doctor. Debbi has accommodations for all her nights here except Saturdays. If anyone has a bedroom to spare on Saturdays for the next few months, please contact Mike Poor at deacons@ctkcambridge.org.
Housing for Adoption
Scott and Bonnie Kirby from Christ Presbyterian in Nashville are adopting a baby from Boston and the birthmom is due April 28th. They are in need of a guest house or an Airbnb to use for a couple of weeks because they are required by law to stay for up to 2 weeks after the baby is born. Tonight is the first of four Holy Week services this week. You can prepare for each of this week's services by listening to recordings of all of the congregational hymns at ctkcambridge.org/songs:
- Tonight is Maundy Thursday, March 29, 7:30pm (childcare up to age 3);
- Tomorrow is Good Friday, March 30, 7:30pm (childcare up to age 3);
- Easter Sunrise, April 1, 6:30am (Hot Breakfast immediately following);
- Easter Morning, April 1, 10:00am (no Sunday School or Adult Education Classes; there will be Nursery and Children’s Worship)
Sunrise Breakfast Volunteers
We would love your help with the Easter Sunrise Breakfast on Sunday, April 1st, or with preparing the meal on Saturday, March 31st -- we're especially looking for helpers on the morning of. All food will be purchased by the church and volunteers will still be able to be in most of the service. If you are interested in volunteering, please email Laura Bullock.
Tuesday AM Prayer Meeting
A small group meets together for morning prayers on Tuesdays from 6:30-8:30am in the church social hall. Coffee and bagels or pastries are provided. You are welcome if you need prayer, also if you would like simply to learn to pray. Attendance from beginning to end is not required. Some arrive late, some leave early. Come help us pray. Feel free to contact the Church Office if you have any questions.
Calling All Singers!
Calling All Singers! We are putting together a choir to sing selections at the upcoming Good Friday (3/30) and Easter Sunday (4/1) services.
