10:30AM CHILDREN’S WORSHIP
This summer classes for kids 4 years to Grade 2 are completing a unit on the First Catechism, a question and answer tool for teaching Bible truths in simple, straightforward language. Chidlren will grow in their understanding of God’s great love for and grace toward them through tracing the gospel message throughout the Bible.
Catechism Questions:
Q9: What is God? God is a Spirit and does not have a body like men.
Q10: Where is God? God is everywhere.
Q11: Can you see God? No. I cannot see God, but he always sees me.
Bible Story/Passage: based on Genesis 16
Teaching points:
God is everywhere.
God sees us no matter where are. We are never alone.
This gives us strength and encouragement to obey Him.

In today’s bible story, what happened to Hagar that she felt alone? How did that change when she heard God speaking to her?
Can you think of a time you felt alone? How does remembering God is always there with you bring you comfort? How does it help you at other times too?
