Some of the CTK and RUF pastors put together a series of devotional videos on the sayings of Jesus on the cross. Each video is 8-10 minutes long and is accompanied with a few questions for reflection. We hope these devotional videos will aid you this Holy Week in your preparation for Easter.

PSC Update
The Pastoral Search Committee is pleased to announce that we have finished writing the church and pastor profile and are wrapping up Phase 1 (learn more about the phases here). These profiles were created by carefully reviewing and distilling the feedback we received from the McGowan church assessment and the subsequent congregational survey. In many ways, the congregation provided the raw material which the PSC has then condensed and organized into a cohesive profile. You can watch a short video announcement from the PSC here and you can read the church and pastor profile here. Thank you for your prayers and support in this process, and please continue to pray for the PSC and for our congregation as we head into the next phase of the pastoral search.

The program will be a stimulating learning environment for students and will give them the opportunity to dive deeper into subjects and have lots of fun too. Along with practicing reading and math to reduce regression, we will be doing science experiments and nature study. The Summer Program will also give children an opportunity to try dance, dabble in the arts, play sports and have time with their friends playing games. We have extensive COVID safety measures in place, and we know we can have fun and still be safe. Students do not need to be current students of Grace Prep to participate! Registration opened March 8th! Please see flier for details.
Calling All Singers

Check out www.ctkcambridge.org/online-choir for more information and resources, and email amanda@ctkcambridge.org with questions.
Daylight Saving
Communicants' Class
A Communicants Class is starting soon for kids who may be ready to join the church. We are adapting the format this year to a co-teaching model, with parents teaching much of the content at home. Kids will also attend periodic virtual meetings to discuss the material with course teachers and peers. Parents interested in learning more about this class are invited to attend an informational meeting on Wednesday, March 3 from 8:00-8:45pm on Zoom. Please contact Dana Russell for details and the link to join the meeting.
Congregation Care
The elders of CTK Cambridge appreciate the difficulty of participating in the life of the congregation during the pandemic and in the many transitions we are experiencing. Over the next several months the elders will be contacting CTK Cambridge members and regular attenders to arrange brief calls (by phone or Zoom) to “check in” and encourage the congregation in our walks with Christ. Going forward we intend to periodically touch base with individuals and families in a more systematic manner. We also encourage you to connect with a CTK Community Group. You can contact Laura Bullock to learn of a Community Group in your area or one that meets on a schedule that fits yours. As always, the deacons are ready to assist with financial and other needs you may be facing. In fact, deacons will frequently participate with the elders in the visits we are planning. We intend for these visits to help us fulfill our responsibility to “shepherd the flock” (I Peter 5:2) and ask for your prayers for the session as we serve our Lord together.
Women's Backyard Events
Women's Ministry will be hosting backyard gatherings on Saturday, March 20 and Sunday, March 21 for a time of fellowship. One gathering will be on Saturday, March 20 from 2-4 pm at Amanda Holley's home in Wakefield. Two gatherings will be on Sunday, March 21 from 2-4 pm at the homes of Catherine Cook in Somerville and Laura Martin in Belmont. Please sign up for a time slot and get the information for the locations on this google spreadsheet. The sign up is intended to make sure the events stay within city/state allowed guidelines. Looking forward to seeing many of you!
Finance Committee
Are you gifted in administration or finances and want to serve all the congregations of CTK? Join the CTK Finance Committee! The committee meets once a month and assists the elders of CTK by reporting on church finances, reviewing proposed budgets, and advising on financial and administrative questions.
