Sunday School Teacher Needed

Sunday School teacher needed: There is an immediate opening on our Grades K & 1 Sunday School class teaching team for the remainder of the school year (through mid-June). Class meets weekly from 9:15-10:15am, taking some Sundays off around holidays. Teachers share assisting with class and leading lessons using a provided curriculum. If you enjoy working with children and might be interested in joining this team, please contact Dana Russell at dana@ctkcambridge.org.

Communicants' Class

One of the great joys of the body of Christ is when covenant children among us profess faith and become communing members of the church partaking in the Lord’s Supper. At Christ the King, we've typically offered a communicants class to help prepare children who are ready to come to the table. As we consider what form communicant’s will take this year, we’d like to get a sense of which children may be ready to participate. If you think your child has an understanding of his or her sin and is ready to express saving faith in Jesus, please let Dana Russell know by March 6 (dana@ctkcambridge.org).

Deacons MTW

In response to the devastating earthquake in Turkey and Syria on Feb 6th, Mission to the World (our denomination's global missions organization) has sent field workers and is coordinating with local partner churches to provide relief and support. The deacons are making a donation on behalf of CTK to this recovery effort. We invite you to pray with us for everyone affected and to consider contributing individually to the MTW Compassion Fund.

Deacons' Fund Report

Each year we share an update on the CTK deacons' fund -- how much was collected and how the diaconate used the fund to help people in need. You can see the 2022 update here. We thank God for his provision and for your generosity! If you or someone you know is struggling with material needs, the deacons would love to help and to walk alongside you. Please email deacons@ctkcambridge.org with questions or needs.
