Community Groups are an essential part of our life together at CTK. If you’d like any help getting in contact with a group near you, please email office@ctkcambridge.org.
The CTK Reader is our weekly e-newsletter that goes out on Thursday afternoons. It’s a great way to learn about upcoming events as well as to post announcements in our “Community” section.

CM Director
CTK is looking to hire a Director of Children’s Ministry! This is a temporary position with the potential to transition or convert to permanent. In this part-time role, the Director oversees, sustains and works to grow the church's Children’s Ministry programming. The Director actively leads CTK’s children’s ministries to provide a safe and meaningful environment for children (birth to Grade 5) to come in contact with, and be changed by, the gospel of Jesus Christ. The Director is also in charge of managing safety and care for children of the church in CTK related services or events. The Director works closely with other CTK staff and ministry leaders. For more information, see the complete job description or email jobs@ctkcambridge.org. To see other job opportunities at CTK, visit ctkcambridge.org/jobs.
Work Day
Church work day! Join the deacons on Saturday, April 5, beginning at 9:30 a.m. to do a little spring cleaning around and within the church building. (This is immediately after the men’s breakfast that morning.) What will the work entail? Probably getting a little dirty (and paint-y), not risking life nor limb (well, maybe a tree limb), and just having loads of fun (and pastries) with other CTK’ers. Contact Martha Olson (marthabwolson@gmail.com) for more details.
MS & HS Events
Middle Schoolers! We will have a game night in the CTK Social Hall at 7pm on Friday, 4/11. Contact Rebecca M. with any questions.
There will be a High School Lunch after church on 4/13 from 12:15-1:30. Contact Rebecca M. with any questions.
Lenten Prayer
The 40 days leading up to Easter have traditionally been a season for reflection, meditation, and hopeful anticipation. With this in mind, we would like to provide another opportunity to gather and pray together as a church family during this time. You are welcome to join us for a weekly in-person prayer meeting, on Tuesday evenings from 7:00 - 7:55 pm at Susanne van Veluw's place at 338 Harvard St, Cambridge, MA 02139. The first meeting is on Tuesday March 11th and the last on April 15th. Everyone is welcome, whether you would like to participate or prefer to just listen-in. Some practical information: when you arrive, please come around the right side of the house and use the side-door entrance to enter the common living room. Note that parking spaces are limited around the area, so consider parking at the church (which is at walking distance) or taking public transportation. Additional questions? Feel free to reach out to susannevanveluw@gmail.com.
