Welcome! We’re so glad you’ve visited us. Please fill out our digital visitor card so that we can get in touch with you.
Community Groups are an essential part of our life together at CTK. If you’d like any help getting in contact with a group near you, please email office@ctkcambridge.org.
The CTK Reader is our weekly e-newsletter that goes out on Thursday afternoons. It’s a great way to learn about upcoming events as well as to post announcements in our “Community” section.
Guest Preacher
For May and June, we have guest preachers lined up for Sunday mornings. This Sunday, Rev. David Augustine will be joining us. David is the RUF minister at UConn. Go Huskies.
Prayer Initiative
During this season in our church, we would like to provide resources for organized prayer so we can be praying together for our church and its many needs, including the pastoral transition. If you would be interested in helping to write prayer prompts, lead or co-lead prayer times (virtual or in-person), host a prayer meeting at your home, offer design/artistic skills for visually inspiring prayer prompts, or help facilitate organized prayer in other ways, please contact Kris Sachesenmeier (kfs1966@gmail.com) or Laura Martin (laura.a.martin87@gmail.com). We look forward to providing encouraging ways for us to pray corporately during this season.
Men's Ministry
To the CTK men: at our last breakfast we discussed the values and needs of building stronger friendships and more regular fellowship amongst the men here in the church. One idea was to relaunch different meeting groups around the Greater Boston area. Following up on that, here's a survey (https://forms.gle/iiaeE5rpTWYAPNho6) to help coordinate the logistics of trying to set this up. We'll be putting together another breakfast soon to go over the results together and hopefully start launching a few of these groups. Please direct any questions or suggestions to Ryan Chaky at rjchaky@gmail.com.
Craft Nights
Crafters, Unite! Andrea Bootsma and Anna Read-Cressman are planning on hosting Summer Crafting Circles on Mondays @7PM, starting next week, Monday June 2. All are welcome. It's BYOC (bring your own craft) but some communal craft supplies will be available The first one will be at Andrea’s home in Arlington, but going forward people can reach out to Andrea or Anna for location details. The purpose is just to hang out, engage in something creative, and build community so all crafts are welcome!

This summer, June 10-14th, Sophie Linnell is teaching a 5-day Historic Timber Framing class through North Bennet Street School (NBSS). The end of the school-year All-Youth Potluck, is coming up on Saturday June 14th, from 5-7p at Gi & Ambrose’s. Reach out to Rebecca Meacham with any questions, including address information
