Building Crew Volunteers

Join the new CTK Building Crew! This volunteer team will serve alongside the deacons in helping with building access, setup, and use for Sunday services and other events. If you are a member of CTK and like serving behind the scenes, want to learn more about the diaconate or the building, or feel called to help facilitate CTK services and events, then this is for you! There will be a training on Sat July 15th from 10:30am-12pm (make-up options available). Please contact deacons@ctkcambridge.org with questions or interest.

Augspurg show

CTK member Justin Augspurg holds a BFA and MFA in painting and will have an upcoming exhibition of recent work at the Prattville Gallery June 1 - 30, 2023. Please join us at the opening reception on ***Saturday, June 3rd from 3 - 6 pm,*** at the Prattville Gallery in Chelsea (Address: 42 Nichols St, Chelsea MA). The reception will not have any programming and is like a museum, you can walk through at your own pace, enjoy refreshments, and be surprised by joy.

Women's Brunch

On Saturday, June 3, 10:30 am-12:00 pm, all women and girls of CTK are cordially invited to gather for fellowship, including a brunch and flower arranging. EMOSEWA

Calling all kids grades 3-5 our next EMOSEWA event will be on June 4th from 12:30p-2pm.  There will be food, and Pastor Travis will be joining us for an "Ask The Pastor" event, where he’ll be answering questions that kids have about the Bible, Christianity and even fun questions about himself so you can get to know him better. Questions can be emailed or submitted on an index card (found by the sermon worksheets) and passed to Miss Dana or Miss Lara on Sundays. We’ll also do some cookie decorating together at the end!

Summer RUF

Summer RUF Weekly Gathering: All college students in town for the summer are invited to join MIT, Harvard, and BU students on Wednesday nights through July 26 at 7:30pm in the CTK fellowship hall. Come get to know other college students here for the summer! We will have social events and small group Bible discussions depending on the week. Harvard Homelessness Ministry

The Harvard Square Homeless Shelter and Youth2Youth Shelter will be running over this upcoming summer (6/10-8/10), and they need your help to keep them open! If you will be in the Cambridge-Boston area over this Summer, they would love to have you join their team, and they ask you to please sign up using this application for HSHS and this application for Y2Y by Wednesday, May 31st. Prattville Gallery

Please save the date for Saturday, April 22nd at 3 - 6 pm for an opening reception celebrating work by Joanna Muehleisen at CTK member Rosemary Boyle's Prattville Gallery. The celebration will be held 3 - 6 pm and is like a museum, you can walk through at your own pace, enjoy refreshments, and leave whenever you’d like. Everyone is welcome to bring neighbors, coworkers, and friends as we participate in a rich history of arts patronage together!

Gordon College student Grace Romeo has experience pet and house sitting and is offering services this summer. Are you traveling and looking for help while you're gone? Grace offer services including overnight pet care, mail collection, plant watering, and more upon request. Dates are available from May through August of 2023.
